We are a mental-health-aware, creator-focused platform. While we do not provide professional mental health services, we take the emotional and social impact of online spaces seriously.

Our safety practices are designed to:

• Prevent exploitation
• Support respectful interaction
• Encourage healthy boundaries

Our moderation approach is:

• Human-led, not automated-only
• Context-aware, not rigid or punitive
• Focused on protection, not punishment

Moderators and staff are empowered to act when behavior threatens the safety, integrity, or trust of the community.

We actively address behavior including, but not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Exploitative or predatory behavior
• Scams or misleading offers
• Content that encourages self-harm or dangerous behavior

We may also intervene in situations that create a hostile or unsafe environment, even if behavior does not fall neatly into a single category.

If you experience or witness behavior that feels unsafe, harmful, or in violation of our Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report it.

Reports can be made:

• Through platform reporting tools
• Through designated Discord moderation channels
• By contacting our team directly

We aim to handle reports:

• Respectfully
• Confidentially
• With care for all parties involved

We recognize that content creation and online communities can impact mental health.

While Next Level Together does not provide crisis intervention or professional care, we:

• Encourage seeking licensed professional support when needed
• Provide access to vetted educational resources
• Share crisis support information where appropriate

Safety sometimes means knowing when to redirect to professional help.

To protect the community, Next Level Together may take action including:

• Content removal
• Warnings or temporary restrictions
• Suspension or permanent removal from the platform or community spaces

Decisions are made with safety and community well-being in mind and may be taken without prior notice in serious cases.
